1 Package of Oreo Cookies (you can use any kind of cookie you desire!)

1 Package of Cream Cheese - room temperature - use as much for desired consistency.

Sprinkles - any flavor/type - optional

Candy Melts - any color/flavor - optional

Directions:
Directions:
1. Crush cookies until fine in a food processor.

2. Mix crushed cookies and desired amount of cream cheese together until you get the desired consistency.

3. Roll mixture into desired sized balls and place on cooking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

5. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.

For Candy Melts:
- Follow directions on the package to melt
- Dip the balls into the melted candy and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper OR you can drizzle melted candy on the balls. (Place melted candy in a Ziploc bag and cut a very small section in the corner and then drizzle over the cold truffles) If desired, sprinkle the sprinkles on top of the truffles)

Takes about 20 minutes to crush cookies and mix cream cheese and an hour to set before dipping in
