1 c. hot water
1 can cherry pie filling

1 small package of lemon jello
1 c. mayonaise
1 large container of cool whip
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
mini marshmallows
chopped nuts for garnish

Layer each ingredient in trifle dish.
