27 oz. saurkraut
1 c. grated carrot
1 c. celery
1/4 c. onion
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. vinegar (cider is best)
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. water

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate at least 4 hours ahead
of serving time.
