1 Cup Pecans
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
Confectioners Sugar
Pinch of Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Grind pecan fine. Mix nuts, sugar, butter, vanilla, flour, and salt in a bowl. Work mixture thouroughly with hands until it holds together. Roll dough into small balls and bake for 20 minutes. Coat warm ball generously with confectioners sugar.
