1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg Separated
1 cup Flour
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar add slightly beaten egg yolks, vanilla and flour.
Roll into small balls and dip in slightly beaten egg whites.
Roll in finely chopped nuts.
Press down in center of each cookie with thimble.
Cook in 350 degrees oven.
Remove and press down center again with thimble.
Return to oven and bake 15 minutes.
Add Jelly or Jam to center when cooled.
