1 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup margarine softened
1 cup peanut Butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 cup quick oatmeal
2 tsp basking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2-1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Beat both sugars & margarine. Add peanut butter, vanilla & eggs & beat again.
Mix flour, oats, baking soda & salt & add to above mixture
Mix in chocolate chips.

Drop by spoonful on ungreased baking sheet/parchment
Bake 10 - 12 minutes.
Cool on rack.
