3 lb. ricotta
2 T. citron diced (optional)
3 c. sugar
1 whole orange skin diced
juice from one orange
1 8 oz. hershey bar grated
10 large eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients by hand in large bowl.
Pour into 2 9 inch deep dish pie shells. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour till crust is brown.
