2 - 8 ounce packages Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Grated Lemon Rind
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 Eggs separated
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first five ingredients mixing at medium speed. Add egg yolks one at a time, mixing well. Fold stiffly beaten egg white. Pour into crust. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
