1 c. butter 2 c. flour 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1/4 t. salt 4 eggs 2 c. sugar 4 T. flour 5 T. fresh lemon juice
Blend first four ingredients and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Do not let burn! Cool 5 minutes. Beat together remaining ingredients and pour over pastry. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and while warm sprinkle with powdered sugar. When cool, cut into squares and store in an air tight container.
