2 (4 oz.) pieces halibut

2 T. Kalua
2 t. pickled ginger - minced
1 t. minced shallots
1 T. heavy cream
1 T. lime juice
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a small sauce pan except
butter. Reduce liquid to 50%. Whisk in butter. Serve
on top of halibut.

To grill halibut: brush both sides of fish with butter, salt
and pepper. Grill just like you would a steak. Cook until
flaky (not you, the halibut)!
