2 C quick cooking oats
1 C flour
1 C brown sugar
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
3/4 C margarine
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 C peanut butter
1 C semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Using pastry blender combine margarine, flour, brown sugar, oats, soda, and salt. Reserve 1 1/2 C of this crumb mixture for top. Press remaining in greased 9x13 pan. In a small bowl stir together condensed milk and peanut butter. Pour over crust. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top followed by reserved crumbs. Press slightly with bake of spoon. Bake 30 minutes. Cool on rack.
