Ingredients:  
3 c. - flour
6 heaping T. - cocoa
1 tsp. - salt
c. - salad oil
2 c. - cold water
2 c. - sugar
2 tsp. - baking soda
2 T. - vinegar
2 tsp. - vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put together all dry ingredients mixing well in an un-greased 9 x 13 pan. Add vinegar, salad oil, vanilla, and cold water. Mix well with fork. Bake at 350 about 30 to 35 minutes. May leave unfrosted or frost with your favorite frosting.
