2 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. diced apples
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. grated carrots
1/4 c. raisins
1 T. sugar
1/2 t. lemon juice
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cabbage, apples, nuts, raisins, and carrots.

Mix dressing ingredients together with wire whisk. Fold
into cabbage mixture and combine well. Chill in
refrigerator until ready to serve.
