4 cloves garlic
1c. canola oil
4 T. lemon juice
1 T. worcesterchire sauce

2 heads romaine lettuce
3/4 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 package blue cheese

Directions:
Directions:
A day before you want to serve, or early morning, place
4 cloves garlic into 1 c. canola oil, and seal in an air tight
jar. Later in the day add to oil, lemon juice and
worcesterchire sauce.

Toss salad ingredients with dressing just before
serving.
