2 c. warm milk
2 eggs beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. vanilla
pinch of salt
2 c. bread - cut up - (can use left over bread or sweet rolls)
raisins - optional
sprinkle with cinnamon

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and pour into 9x9 "pan(Add a little water to the pan before adding ingredients).
Bake 45 minutes at 350 or till knife comes out clean from the center of the pan.
