1/2 c. butter
3 oz. chream cheese
1 c. brown sugar
2 mashed bananas
1 egg
1/4 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. chocolate chips
1 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Prepare pans by
spraying Pam in muffin tins. Cream first 3 ingredients
together. Combine banana, egg and sour cream and
mix with creamed items. Combine dry ingredients.
Make a well and incorporate wet with dry ingredients.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
