2 packages frozen chopped spinach(squeeze out water)
1 - 15 oz. Ricotta/cottage cheese
1 egg
sliced mushrooms, onions and green peppers to taste
2 c. shredded Mozz. cheese
9 - uncooked lasagna noodles
1 large jar of spaghetti sauce
can add 1 lb of hamburger, cooked, but need to increase all cheeses and add one more egg.

Mix together spinach, egg(s), ricotta, mushrooms, etc. and meat.
Layers: Put a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of the pan, then add 3 noodles. Put 1/2 of the mixture on noodles and pour sauce on top(repeat)...sauce will be top layer. When ready to cook add 1/2 c. of water(add less if you add meat) and put the watewr at each corner - not on top. Sprinkle with Mozz. cheese, oil tin foil and cover tightly. Bake 350-375 for 1 hour and 15 min. Let set for 10 min. prior to serving. Use a 8 or 9 inch pan.
