Crybaby Cookies.

1 cup sugar
2 tbsp shortening.
2 eggs
1 cup molasses
1 cup milk
4 cups flour
2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp ginger
1 cup raisins
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar, and add beaten eggs,
Molasses, then milk. Sift all dry ingredients together
and gradually add to first mixture. Add floured raisins last.
Drop from tsp onto a greased pan and bake in 325 degree
oven for 10 to 12 minutes. This makes about 12 dozen cookies.
