1 c. sour cream
juice and zest of one lime
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
1 tsp. red chile powder
2 lbs white fish(mahi-mahi,grouper or halibut)
Juice of two limes
2 T. Canola Oil
1 tsp. paprika
1 package Red Chile Tortillas
1 c. purple cabbage, shredded
2 avocados, sliced
1 jar Salsa
1 c. Monteray Jack Cheese, shredded
Lime wedges for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sour cream with the juice and zest of one lime, cilantro and chile. Chill until needed. Mix together juice of two limes and canola oil in a plastic bag. Add fish and marinate for 15 minutes. Heat grill to medium heat. Brush grate of grill with oil. Sprinkle fish with paprika and cook fish for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with fork. Wrap tortillas in foil and place on gril to warm. Remove fish from grill and roughly chop. Serve with warm tortillas, lime sour cream, cabbage, avocados, salsa and cheese.
