3 C butter
1/4 c pepper
1/4 c lemon juice
5 cloves garlic minced
4 bay leaves
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp basil
1tsp rosemary
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
Shrimp- deveined and cleaned

Directions:

Melt butter and add the garlic and spices. Simmer until flavors are melded and aromatic. Add shrimp to the pan and stir so that the shrimp are coated in the seasonings. Cook until shrimp are just pink. Serve over cooked linguine.

I usually clarify the butter first. Dad gave this recipe to Mark one night on the phone. He forgot to tell us how much shrimp to add. I don't think it really matters though because the seasoned butter stays great in the fridge for a long time.
