2/3 c. water 1 T. olive oil 1/4 tsp. salt 2 garlic cloves - minced 1 tsp. dried basil 1 tsp. dried oregano 2 c. bread flour 1 tsp. yeast
Mix all ingredients together and begin to knead. If you have a mixer with a attachment for kneading or a bread machine cuts the time for preperation. Bread maker takes 55 minutes with raising time included. If doing it by hand allow to raise, covered, for 30 minutes minimum.
