1 lb. - Oreo cookies
8 oz. - cream cheese, softened
chocolate bark, chocolate coating, OR white bark

Directions:
Directions:
Crush cookies until fine crumbs, (rolling pin, blender or food processor may be used). Mix in cream cheese, well. Roll about 1 T. mixture into balls. Then freeze. Follow package directions to melt the bark. (I used about 2/3 of a package). Roll frozen balls in the melted bark, with a fork until coated. Remove to wax paper lined cookie sheet. Chocolate will harden to a shell almost instantly.

Suggested combinations: 1. Mint Oreo cookies with green tinted white bark. 2. Peanut butter Oreo cookies with chocolate bark.
