2 C. boiling water
2C. All Bran Kelloggs
1C. shortening
3C. sugar
4 eggs beaten
1qt. buttermilk
41/2 C. flour
5tsp. soda
1tsp. salt
4C. Post 100% Bran

Directions:
Directions:
In a separate bowl pour hot water over the All bran and set aside. Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs, buttermilk and Post 100% bran. Add soda, salt, and flour. Fold in the All bran last. May be kept in the refrigerator for several weeks. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 20 minutes
