CHICKEN BREAST OR TENDERLOIN/TENDERS
1 CUP CARROTS
CUP ONIONS
CUP CELERY
1 STICK BUTTER
GARLIC POWER , SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
CHICKEN BROTH
1 CUP FROZEN PEAS
FLOUR AND MILK TO HELP THICKENING

BAKE PIE CRUST UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN

GRILL CHICKEN IN SKILLET WITH OLIVE OIL, SALT & PEPPER, UNTIL DONE

MIX THE FOLLOWING:

1 CUP CARROTS
CUP ONIONS
CUP CELERY
1 STICK BUTTER
GARLIC POWER , SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
CHICKEN BROTH


SIMMER ON LOW UNTIL VEGETABLES ARE TENDER

ADD 1 CUP FROZEN PEAS

MIX FLOUR AND MILK TO MAKE THICKENING AGENT

POUR IN VEGETABLES UNTIL DESIRED THICKNESS IS AQQUIRED
POUR MIXTURE INTO BAKED PIE CRUST, PLACE REMAINING PIE CRUST ON
TOP, BAKE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
