6 cups (16 oz.) cut ziti, uncooked
4-5 cups spaghetti sauce
2 cups (16 oz.) ricotta cheese
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ziti according to package directions for 10 minutes; drain. In large bowl, combine ziti, 2 cups spaghetti sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, egg, orgegano, garlic powder and pepper. In 3 quart casserole, pour 1/2 to 1 cup spaghetti and spread ziti mixture evenly over sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake, covered, at 375F for 30-35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Makes 8 servings.
