2 sticks butter
¾ c. white sugar
1 ¾ c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cider vinegar

Crushed walnuts sprinkled on parchment paper.





(Bake on Parchment paper.)

Directions:

Mix above ingredients well, then add 2 tsp. of cider or white vinegar and mix again.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet, sprinkled with the ground walnuts on top, and then bake at 325º for 14-15 minutes.

Makes a thin rich cookie.
