6 large white potatoes
3 medium eggs, well beaten
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp. shortening
1 tbsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Grate potatoes and drain well. Add eggs, flour, salt, baking powder, and 3 tbsp shortening. Mix well. Place in deep, well greased casserole and top with 1 tbsp. shortening. Bake in 350 degree oven until crust forms on top.
