6 medium potatoes, scrubbed and sliced,
1 medium onion, sliced,
salt and pepper to taste,
whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Put potatoes and onion in greased casserole dish, add salt and pepper to taste. Add enough whipping cream to potatoes to barely cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
