1- 4 oz can green chiles, diced,
1 hard cooked egg, finely chopped or mashed,
1/4 c. dill pickle, chopped,
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped,
2 T. mayonnaise,
1 T. prepared mustard,
1 tsp. prepared horseradish,
1 tsp. jalapeno sauce,
1/2 c cheese, diced (optional)
5 - 6 potatoes, peeled, cubed, cooked.

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine green chiles, chopped eggs, dill pickle, onion, mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, jalapeno sauce, and cheese. Mix well. Stir in potatoes; mix well. Cover and chill several hours.
