2 sticks of soften butter
1 cup sugar
žtsp. salt
2 tsp. almond extract
3 eggs
2 cups all purpose flour

Vanilla almond bark or vanilla candy melts
sprinkles

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs, almond extract and salt. While mixing, slowly add in flour. Batter will be thick.

Heat waffle iron to med-high heat. Take 1 Tbsp. of batter and put into each division of the waffle iron."Bake" for 2 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool and crisp on a cooling rack

Once cooled, melt your almond bark and dip one edge of the cookies. Place on parchment paper, decorate with sprinkles. Allow cookies to harden before serving. ENJOY!
