1 1/3 cups sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream style corn
1 egg - slightly beaten
1 cup corn oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sifted flour, baking poweder & salt toghether. Mix beaten egg with corn & add to dry ingredients.

Heat oil in heavy/deep sauce pan. Drop spoon size pieces into hot oil. Fry for 2 min.
