1 lb. or 10 oz. can sauerkraut - drained
1 cup chopped greed pepper
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup onion - minced
1/2 cup sugar
1lb. can tomatoes - most drained but keep some juice.

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.

Another salad I just love from my Grandma Frieders. When we were little my bother Paul hated this and would site at the dinner table for hours until he finished it.
