Ingredients:
4 slices bacon
1 lb. liver
1 can onion soup
1/4 cup catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until crisp, drain & crumble. Cut liver into serving sizes and dust with flour and brown in bacon drippings. Add bacon and remaining ingredients.

Cover & simmer 30 minutes. Uncover & cook a few more minutes to thicken sauce.

I also make this but add onions, tomato sauce & green pepper.

Serve over rice.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is from my Grandma Frieders. I don't make it much because no one likes liver - but I love it.
