Ingredients:  
4 sticks prepared pie crust
2 cups crated cheddar cheese
1 lb. cook bacon - diced
1 diced onion
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
pinch nutmeg
pepper to taste
2 1/2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Spread prepared pie crust in pie in pie pan. Partially bake @ 425 for 5 min. Make sure to score prior to baking. Let cool.

Sprinkle cheese, onion & bacon over pie crust. Beat eggs, seasoning and pour over crust. Dot with butter.

Bake @ 375 for 25 min.
