1 lb. cauliflower
2 sliced onions
2 Tbls. butter
2 Tbls. flour
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions until tender. Combine with cauliflower and put in baking dish.

In sauce pan melt butter & add flour to create a thick mixture. Add milk and stir until thick again. Pour over cauliflower.

Over the top sprinkle cheese and bread crumbs.

Bake @ 350 until tender.
