1 box graham crackers
2 boxes french vanilla pudding - mix with 3 cups milk
9 oz. whip cream
2 Tbls. Karo light corn syrup
3 Tbls. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbls. butter
2 pieces semi-sweet chocolate squares
1 1/2 cup confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Add whip cream to pudding mix. In the bottom of 9x13 pan put layer of graham crackers, then pudding mix, graham crackers, pudding ending with graham crackers.

In a sauce pan heat remaining ingredients except conf. sugar. When melted add the conf. sugar and mix well.

Pour over graham crackers and spread evenly.

Refrigerate for 4-5 hr.
