1 cup onion - sautéed in butter
2 cups sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
4 cups cooked minute rice
2 cups grated cheese
1 sm. can chilies - chopped & drained

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together & season with salt & pepper. Add parsley.

Bake in buttered 13x9" pan @ 350 for 45 min.
