6 cups croûtons
12 eggs - beaten
6 cups milk
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 lb. italian sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 9x12" pan & put the croutons in. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Mix the other ingredients except meat & pour over the croutons & cheese.

Cut the meat into bite size pieces & arrange over the top of the egg mixture.

Bake @ 350 for 45-60 min.

Let stand for 10 min before serving. It is better if you prepare the night before.
