5-6 med. sweet potatoes - cooked
12 can apple pie filling
1 can whole cranberry sauce
2 Tbls. apricot preserves
2 Tbls. orange marmalade

Directions:
Directions:
Mix apricot preserves & orange marmalade with the cranberry sauce. Butter an 8x8" glass baking dish.

Put apple pie filling in bottom of pan. Layer sliced sweet potatoes. Top with cranberry sauce mixture.

Bake @ 350 for 20-25 min.

Can also sprinkle with chopped nut before baking.
