1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 eggs - beaten slightly
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup vinegar
3 tsp. flour
2 Tbls. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together sugar, salt, mustard & flour in double boiler. Add eggs, buttermilk, vinegar & blend well. Cook over simmering water stirring constantly until smooth & thickened.

Add butter, stir until blended. This with sour cream if needed.

Use on potato salad, vegetable, fish or meat
