Ingredients:  
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. carrot, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/4 c. diced ham
3 T. margarine or butter
1 T. soy sauce
4 C. cooked rice
1 scrambled egg

Directions:
Directions:
Put onion, carrot and celery in fry pan. Add 1/4 c. water and cook till water is gone and vegetables are tender. Add ham, margarine, and soy sauce. Cook till warmed, add rice and egg and stir until heated. If it sticks, add more margarine. Add more soy sauce to tast.
