2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 Tbls. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:
2/3 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup coconut
3 Tbls. butter - melted
4 Tbls. canned milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until light & fluffy, add sugar gradually, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla & beat in half of the flour. Add remaining flour.

Heat milk & butter to scalding & pour over egg/flour mixture. The batter will be thin.

Bake @ 350 for 30-35 min.

Topping:
Combine all ingredients. Spread lightly over cake. Brown @ 500 for 5 min.
