6 large baking potatoes 3 slices bacon 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. milk 1 1/2 t. salt 1/8 t. pepper 4 chopped green onions 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash and rub potato skins with oil. Bake 1 hour. Let cool. Cook bacon; crumble and set aside, Turn oven down to 350. Cut potatoes in halves. Scoop out potato; mash and add all ingredients, except cheese and bacon. Put back in shell. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Cook 10 minutes.
