1 lb. bacon, crisp and crumbled
1 onion, diced
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 1/2 t. cider vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/8 t. white pepper
1 (14-16oz) can kidney beans, drained
1 (14-16oz) can butter beans, with juice
1 (14-16oz)can Bush's baked beans with juice

Cook bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble. Combine onion and beef until meat is brown and onions are translucent. Drain off grease. Combine vinegar, ketchup, dry mustard, brown sugar, and white pepper. Mix well. Add ground beef, bacon, and beans to sauce and stir will. Pour into sprayed non-metal bean pot and stir well. bake at 325, uncovered for 1 1/2 hours.
