Ingredients:  
3 cups chopped zucchini
1 cup biscuit mix
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs - beaten

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9x13" greased pan.

Bake @ 350 for 25 min.
