10 cups chopped peeled apples (can use food processor)
5 cups sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp. ground clove
1/2 cup cider vinegar

Directions:

.Combine all ingredients and bake @ 350 for 2 hrs. Stir occasionally until mixture is thick.

Store in refrigerator
