6 lbs. onions
3 lbs. sweet red peppers
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 qt. cider vinegar
3 Tbls. salt (not iodized)
2 Tbls. mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Coarsely grind the vegetables. Cover with boiling water and let stand for 5 min. Drain well & put in large kettle. Add remaining ingredients & simmer 15 min.

Ladle into hot, sterilized ping jars, leaving 1/4" space at top of the jar.

Seal immediately after making sure that the top edge of the jar in clean of any brine.
