1 lg. bunch fresh broccoli
1 lg. head of cauliflower
1 can sliced water chestnuts - drained
1/2-1 pkg. Good Seasons Garlic & Cheese dressing
2 bunches sliced green onions
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas - thawed
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cut broccoli, cauliflower into bite-size pieces. Add onions & mix gently.

Combine mayonnaise, sour cream & salad dressing mix. Pour over vegetables & mix.

Finally add water chestnuts.

Chill overnight.

I sometimes blanch the broccoli & cauliflower to make them a little less-crunchy. Good to take as a "dish-to-pass"
