1 md. head of cabbage
1 bunch green onions
1 oz. sesame seeds
4 oz. slice almonds
2 pkg. Oriental flavored Ramen noodles

Topping:
2 flavor pkt. from the Ramen noodles
3/4 cup salad oil
4-5 Tbls. sugar
6-8 Tbls. rice vinegar
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cabbage, sliced green onions (including tops). Toast sesame seeds & almonds in a hot dry skillet.

Mix all topping ingredients & chill.

Break up noodles & add to almonds & sesame seeds. Put in with the cabbage.

Pour topping over all & toss.
