1 md. cucumber quartered, seeded and sliced
1 md. tomato - chopped
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 Tbls. red or white vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2 Tbls. lime juice
3/4 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all vegetables. In a small bowl, combine lime juice, vinegar, dill, salt & pepper.

Pour over cucumber mixture & toss to coat.

Cover & chill in refrigerator for 15-30 min.
